Do I need to pay for a subscription to use this?
No. You own the Obsidian vault file. The AI ingestion uses open-source tools you control. There are no ongoing SaaS fees, though we can optionally set up a monthly ingestion service if you need it.
What is Obsidian?
Obsidian is a powerful, local-first note-taking app that uses plain text markdown files. It is the perfect container for a Second Brain because you own the files forever.
How do I ask the AI questions?
I set up custom commands (like /ask) within your vault so you can chat with your documents directly. The AI answers based only on your files and cites every claim.
What documents can be ingested?
Almost anything: PDF, Word, plain text, Notion exports, email archives, and website content. If it's a digital text document, we can ingest it.
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions are included: 1 with Starter, 2 with Architect, 3 with Mastery. A revision covers schema, structure and command tuning on the agreed scope. New source types or extra document batches are add-ons, not revisions
