What access will you need?
I normally need a temporary WordPress administrator account. Hosting or control panel access may be required only when the issue involves server cache, files, PHP settings, or the database. Temporary credentials should be removed after completion.
Do you work with Divi?
Yes. I can investigate menu, Theme Builder, layout, cache, responsive design, and configuration issues related to Divi. Premium Divi licenses are not included.
Can you repair a hacked WordPress website?
No. Malware removal, hacked-site recovery, and advanced security incident response are outside the scope of this Gig.
Do you provide premium plugins or themes?
No. The buyer must provide valid licenses for any premium plugin or theme required by the website.
