About this Gig
Have a supplier CSV that needs reformatting for Shopify? I will clean and convert one UTF-8 CSV (up to 100 input data rows, including variants) into a product CSV for NEW listings.
Includes delimiter cleanup, column mapping, price formatting, text SKUs with leading zeros preserved, duplicate checks, basic color/size mapping, and an issue report. Invalid or ambiguous rows are flagged and excluded rather than guessed. You receive the prepared CSV and report.
Delivery: 3 days after complete requirements, with one revision within the original scope.
Not included: store access, importing/uploading, images, inventory quantities, taxes, advanced options, XLSX, currency conversion, or changes to existing products. The file and store must use the same currency. Please provide product data only, without customer or personal information.
This service prepares the file; it does not guarantee import into an untested store. Review Shopify's import preview before importing. No store credentials needed.

Will you import products into my Shopify account?
No. I deliver a prepared CSV and issue report. You review Shopify's import preview and perform the import. No store credentials are needed.
Can you update my existing products?
No. This package is for new products only. Updating or overwriting existing products and variants is excluded.
What happens to invalid or ambiguous rows?
I exclude them from the export and list the row and reason in the issue report. One clarification and revision within the original scope is included.
Does this include Excel files or currency conversion?
No. Send one UTF-8 CSV. The price is reformatted, not converted between currencies. The file currency must match your Shopify store currency.
