Can I contact you regarding a custom offer?
Yes absolutely. A custom offer is there because my gigs offered aren't matching up to your present requirements.
Do you deliver quickly?
I do have an express delivery option. Depending on word count I can get most projects back in 24hrs. I will always try to get audios completed in the best time possible but please do Keep time differences in mind, I'm in the UK (standard GMT time).
What is included in a revision?
All my orders come with a free revision. I pride myself on buyer satisfaction though and will always be as flexible as possible to help you meet your needs.
What equipment do you use?
I record in my professional “Session Booth” studio, using a Rode NT1 microphone. This means my audio will be pristine for your projects - all of my demos on my gigs have been recorded using this equipment so you can hear there how good the quality is.
When don’t I need to add rights as an extra?
You don’t need rights if this is for your own personal use and you don’t intend to make profit with it. If you are a charity I am happy to not add rights too.
What are commercial rights?
You need to purchase commercial rights if you intend to use the audio in a business setting or if you make money from the finished audio. For paid for adverts (tv, radio/youtube etc) you’ll need broadcast rights instead.
What are broadcast rights?
This covers you to use the audio as part of a tv, radio or internet paid for advert or promotional campaign.
Can I have a WAV file?
Absolutely. When you order please just specify that you would like this to be wav.
