What do you need from me to start?
I'll need your website/store link and whatever business data you have available, such as sales, orders, AOV, product performance, marketing spend or marketplace reports. You don't need to have everything. I'll tell you exactly what I need based on the package you choose.
Do you work with new or small e-commerce brands?
Yes. I work with both early-stage and established e-commerce businesses. If you don't have much historical data yet, I'll focus more on your business model, products, pricing, competition, customer journey and available early performance data.
Can you analyze Amazon and other marketplaces?
Yes. I have experience across Amazon and multiple marketplaces. I can review marketplace sales, products, pricing, advertising, returns, margins and overall channel performance as part of the strategy
Will you provide an actual action plan?
Yes. For the Standard and Premium packages, I'll prioritize the recommendations into a practical 30/60/90-day roadmap, so you know what to work on first rather than receiving a list of generic suggestions.
