A traditional financial service provider wanted to move more of its customer experience online and needed a digital platform that could make its services easier to access. The main challenge was combining multiple banking-related functions while keeping the customer journey simple. I helped structure the client's fintech banking platform around the key actions customers needed to perform. I worked on registration, authentication, account dashboards, financial information, transaction history, service requests, and payment-related workflows. I also organized the underlying database and connected relevant application screens to the required information. Where external services were necessary, I worked on API integrations and the data flow between the platform and connected systems. The dashboard was organized so important account and transaction information could be viewed without overwhelming users with unnecessary details. I also improved the mobile experience by refining responsive layouts and navigation. Testing covered the main customer journeys, including account access, viewing information, submitting actions, and interacting with financial services. The result was a more structured digital banking platform that provided the client with a stronger foundation for delivering its financial services online.

Managing wallet balances, transactions, and payments in one simple mobile experience was the challenge behind this project. The client wanted to launch a digital wallet but needed help turning the different financial functions into one connected application. I developed the core digital wallet app, starting with account registration and authentication before building the wallet dashboard, balance display, transaction history, payment actions, and confirmation screens. I structured the database around users, wallet information, and transaction records so the different areas of the application could work together. I also integrated the required payment functionality and worked with APIs to connect external financial services. The user experience was carefully structured so customers could clearly see their available balance, understand their recent transactions, and recognize the status of payment actions. I tested different transaction scenarios and reviewed the application's responses to successful, pending, and unsuccessful actions. I also refined the mobile interface to make the most important wallet functions easier to access. The completed application provided the client with a structured digital wallet and payment platform that could be expanded with additional financial services.
