I set up and secure mobile device management so your phones, tablets and laptops are enrolled, compliant, and controllable whether that's Microsoft Intune, Omnissa Workspace ONE AirWatch or Ivanti's Neurons MobileIron.
What that covers: enrollment workflows, compliance policies with real enforcement, configuration profiles, device restrictions, app deployment, patch management, and zero-touch provisioning through Apple Business Manager, Autopilot or Android Enterprise.
I spent over 20 years in enterprise IT, most recently as End User Architect for a national retailer. I've run MobileIron, Intune and Workspace ONE across thousands of devices, migrated a fleet from AirWatch to Ivanti Neurons, and deployed 432 shared iPhones across 113 locations.

FAQ
Will you be able to see my employees' personal data?
No, and your staff will ask this too. On company-owned devices I manage the whole device. On personal devices it's configured so the company sees only work apps and work data, not personal photos, messages, browsing or location. I'll set that boundary clearly and document it for your team.
Do I need extra Microsoft licenses for Intune?
Intune is included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3 and E5, and sold standalone. It is not in Business Basic or Business Standard. Give me read-only access and I'll check your license counts and assignments myself rather than guessing, before any work starts.
What access do you need?
Two stages. Read-only (Global Reader) first, so I can review your licensing and current setup. Then Intune Administrator role only once we agree what's being built. I'll walk you through removing both when the work is done.
Do devices already in use need to be wiped?
Usually not. Windows and Android devices can normally enroll in place. iOS devices deployed outside Apple Business Manager sometimes need a reset for full supervision. I'll tell you which of yours fall into that category before we start.
Is this all remote?
Yes. Configuration happens in the management console. You'll need someone on your side with a test device so we can confirm enrollment behaves correctly before rolling out to everyone.
How many devices does this cover?
Standard suits up to about 50 devices, Premium up to 150. Beyond that, message me with your device count and platforms and I'll send a custom offer.
