FAQ
Do I have to send you my product?
Yes, you have to send your product to our studio in Poland. Shipping to Poland is not a problem, but before you make an order, make sure it is possible.
Will you send me my product back?
Generally, we do not send products back. If your product is valuable, and you want to get it back, you have to order a courier who would pick it up from our studio.
How long does it take to produce a video?
Production time given in packages counts from the date we receive a product. If delivery time is longer, the production time also extends. We will contact you when we receive your product and start shooting.
Can I choose an actor?
If you want we will send you several actors to choose from, but we prefer to do it ourselves since we are more aware who is a better fit.
Do you create subtitles and the text for a voiceover?
No, we do not. You are an expert in your field, and you know best what the key features should be exposed in your video. You should place the text in the requirements section.
Can I choose the color of the background?
Yes, you can, but it is necessary for you to inform us about it before placing an order or in the requirements section. Otherwise, we'll choose one of the two colors: black or white.
What about revisions?
You can ONLY get a revision connected with the editing. You're obliged to provide all your requirements before or on the day of placing the order/accepting an offer. You're not allowed to demand background change, actor change, etc. after filling in your requirements section.
