What if my books aren't in QuickBooks or Xero yet?
Common starting point. Spreadsheets, paper or another system — I'll import and organise the history into QuickBooks Online or Xero as part of the cleanup. I also work in Sage 50. Send a sample and I'll tell you what's realistic before you order.
How far behind can my books be?
Years is normal. My largest catch-up was 8 years of unreconciled books with no proper chart of accounts. Basic covers up to 3 months, Standard 12 months, Premium 3 years. Behind further than that? Message me for a custom offer.
What if my transaction volume is higher than my package allows?
Just message me before ordering and I'll let you know if you need a higher package, or quote a custom add-on for the extra volume.
What access do you need to my accounts?
An accountant-user invite to your QuickBooks Online or Xero file, plus bank and credit card statements as PDF or CSV. I never ask for your online banking login or passwords. Prefer not to give software access? Send statements and exports and I'll work from those.
How do you protect my financial data?
Your data is used only for your work — never shared or reused. Happy to sign an NDA before you order, just message me. Samples on my profile use demo data, not client accounts. I'll remove my access after delivery on request.
What time zone are you in and how quickly do you reply?
I'm in India (IST) and reply within a few hours during my working day, with overlap into US and Canadian mornings. On longer jobs you'll get a progress update partway through rather than silence until delivery.
Do you work with QuickBooks Online and Xero only?
I primarily work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and also support Sage 50.
Do you use AI tools, and can you help with third-party app integrations?
I use QuickBooks Online and Xero's built-in AI features, like smart categorization and bank rules, to keep your books accurate and efficient. I'm also certified in Bill.com, Expensify, Hubdoc, and A2X — happy to discuss if your integration need is a fit.
