Do I need to give you my website admin password?
No. You paste one script tag into your site yourself, and my guide shows you how. If you’d rather I do it, add the install extra and give me a staff or collaborator login. I never need your admin password.
Do I have to share my OpenAI or Supabase passwords?
No. You create your own accounts and invite me by email as a member. You stay the owner and can remove my access at any time.
3. Who pays for OpenAI usage?
You do, directly to OpenAI on your own account. That keeps costs transparent, and you aren’t charged a markup by me.
Will the agent make up answers?
It is set up to answer from the knowledge base you supply. No AI is perfect, so I test it on your real customer questions before delivery and adjust it until the answers are right.
Is my data shared with other clients?
No. Every client gets a separate workflow, knowledge base and credentials.
