FAQ
What do I need to get started?
Your lead source (form or ad), your CRM, a rough idea of what makes a good lead, and an AI provider API key. Not sure about your criteria? I’ll help you define them.
How does AI lead scoring work?
AI checks each new lead against criteria we define together (budget, location, size, timeline...) and labels it hot, warm or cold. I test it on your real sample leads before delivery.
Which CRMs do you support?
I’ve built this with HubSpot. Other CRMs with an API or webhooks, such as Airtable or Google Sheets, are often possible. Message me your CRM before ordering and I’ll confirm.
Which package should I choose?
Basic: scoring + CRM. Standard: + email follow-up. Premium: + WhatsApp. Unsure? Message me one line about your leads and I’ll recommend one.
What happens to leads that don’t qualify?
They don’t trigger follow-ups. They’re saved in a separate list in your CRM or sheet for later review, so you never lose a lead.
How does the email follow-up work?
Standard includes a sequence of up to 3 emails for warm prospects. You send me your email templates, and I set up the timing, personalization fields and sending from your email tool. Writing emails from scratch isn’t included.
How does WhatsApp work in Premium?
The first message is a WhatsApp-approved template using text you provide, sent only to people who agreed to be contacted. If they reply, AI answers common questions and shares your booking link. You need a WhatsApp Business API account.
What tools and costs are involved?
Your CRM, email tool, an AI provider key, and for Premium a WhatsApp Business API account (WhatsApp charges per template message). These are billed to you directly.
Is my lead data safe?
Data only moves between your lead source, n8n, your AI provider and your CRM. I keep no copies. AI providers process the lead text, so check their data policy. You can rotate keys after delivery.
Do you offer support or revisions after delivery?
Revisions are included per package. I fix bugs in my delivered work free for 7 days. Later changes to scoring rules, email copy or new features are quoted separately.
