FAQ
Will you break my website?
No. I take a complete backup of your files and database before any change, and I test on desktop and mobile before delivery. If anything goes wrong, I restore instantly.
Do you fix the white screen of death and critical errors?
Yes — white screen, 500 internal server error, database connection error, 404 and redirect loops are the errors I handle most often.
What if my site is fully down and I cannot log in?
Send me your hosting cPanel or FTP access instead. I can fix a site even when wp-admin is unreachable.
Can you update WordPress without breaking my theme?
Yes. I update on a safe copy first, check theme and plugin compatibility, then apply it to the live site.
Do you work with Elementor, Divi and WooCommerce?
Yes. Elementor, Elementor Pro, Divi, WPBakery, Gutenberg and WooCommerce are all covered.
Do you offer monthly maintenance?
Yes — message me for a monthly plan covering updates, backups, security scans and small edits.
