What audio and video formats do you accept?
I accept common formats such as MP3, WAV, MP4, and M4A. Completed transcripts can be delivered in Word (.docx) or PDF format, depending on your preference.
Can you include timestamps in my transcript?
Yes! Timestamps are included in my Premium package and are available as an additional service for Basic and Standard packages. Please let me know if you have a preferred timestamp interval.
What is the difference between clean verbatim and full verbatim transcription?
Clean verbatim removes unnecessary filler words, repetitions, and false starts while preserving the original meaning. Full verbatim captures everything spoken, including filler words and repeated phrases. My packages focus on clean verbatim transcription.
