I ordered a music video for my 8 year old daughter, did not know exactly what to expect but she was happy for it. Longer delivery time than promised, but for us it did not matter since we had no specific date when we wanted the video.

Order timeline stated 3 days. it's been 8 days now with no end in sight and no updates. I'm canceling my order. Perhaps, if the seller needs weeks to complete the order, he should put that in the description so everyone knows the expectations and can then decide if they want to proceed.

Viraj is a nice guy but he took forever to send our video to us. Our anniversary was the day before and he sent it the day after our anniversary. Our anniversary wasn't a magical one because of this.
