E-Commerce Operations & Automation Specialist managing direct-to-consumer store infrastructure, backend order fulfillment pipelines, and dynamic database integrations. Engineered and maintained an end-to-end WordPress/WooCommerce platform (Brainivitybox), handling multi-category product catalogs, secure checkout gateways, and automated logistics routing. Scaled customer acquisition by deploying high-converting Meta (Instagram & Facebook) advertising campaigns, managing ad spend, customer conversion, and multi-channel post-purchase communication. Architected native 2-way data pipelines between Google Sheets and WooCommerce using Google Apps Script, Python, and REST APIs. Designed dynamic header mapping schemas (getHeaderMap_) ensuring column reordering never breaks automated execution flows.
