Do I need to give you admin access to my tenant?
Yes. You'll need to create a separate user account for me (not share your own login) and assign a limited admin role such as User Administrator, License Administrator, or Exchange Administrator — depending on what your package includes. I'll guide you through exactly how to do this before work begin
Do you handle migration from another platform (Google Workspace, GoDaddy, on-prem Exchange)?
Not as part of this gig. This service covers new tenant setup and configuration only. If you need migration from another email platform, message me first — I may be able to help separately, or I can point you toward what to look for in a migration specialist.
What if I need more users than my package includes?
No problem — just message me before ordering with your exact user count and I'll either recommend the right package or send a custom offer if you're between tiers.
Do I need to already have Microsoft 365 licenses purchased?
Not necessarily. If you haven't purchased licenses yet, I can guide you on choosing the right plan for your team size and use case as part of the setup. If you're not sure, just select "I need guidance" in the order requirements and we'll sort it out before I start.
Do you use PowerShell scripts or automation tools?
No — all setup is done manually through the official Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center, so you can see exactly what's being changed in your environment at every step. Nothing is bulk-automated or scripted.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes, briefly. Minor follow-up questions or small adjustments (e.g., "can you add one more user") within a few days of delivery are covered under your included revisions.
