Chess is one of the best ways for children to build focus, patience and problem solving, and it's a game they can enjoy for life.
How it works:
1. In the first lesson I get to know your child and assess their level.
2. I design a plan just for them. No prepackaged programs.
3. Every lesson includes exercises and materials to keep improving between sessions.
What your child will learn:
- The rules and basics, for complete beginners
- Tactics and simple checkmates
- How to think before moving
- How to win (and lose) like a true chess player
My lessons are lively and interactive, so kids stay engaged and look forward to the next one.
Lessons take place online via Zoom or Google Meet.
