Most clients come to me after a traffic drop, a redesign that broke their rankings, or a competitor who suddenly outranks them. I diagnose what actually caused it before selling anything — and I say no when SEO isn't the right lever. From there, my team executes. A local plumber and a Fortune 500 brand get the same standard of work — the scope is what changes, not the attention.
