Gig Summary
About this gig
Most AI automation gigs deliver a Zapier zap with a GPT node in it. I build production systems.
A full-time engineering team of 8 - Top Rated Plus, 4.95 rating, 15+ countries. Our flagship build is an insurance claims platform where an AI agent reads claim documents, extracts structured data and routes cases - cutting manual review from 45 minutes to 90 seconds. Also shipped: hospital billing reconciliation, a client-brief QA agent, a real estate lead qualification bot.
WHAT I BUILD
- Document AI agents: invoices, claims, contracts, forms to structured data
- RAG assistants that answer from your documents, not the internet
- Lead qualification and inbound triage bots
- Multi-step agents with tool use, memory and human approval steps
- Workflow automation in n8n, Make, or custom Python/Node pipelines
- Integrations: CRM, ERP, Slack, Gmail, Sheets, SQL, REST APIs
HOW I WORK
OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or open models. Deployed to your own cloud so your data stays in your account. Full source code and docs on delivery. NDA signed first.
NEED A CUSTOM QUOTE?

My Portfolio
FAQ
Does my data get sent to OpenAI?
Only if you want it to. I can deploy open models on your own infrastructure, or use enterprise API tiers with zero data-retention terms. You choose — I'll explain the accuracy and cost trade-off of each.
What accuracy can I expect?
It depends on the task. For document extraction on consistent formats, 95%+ is typical, with low-confidence cases routed to a human. I test on your real documents before you commit to a full build, so you're not guessing.
Do I own the code?
Yes — full source code, documentation and IP transfer on final delivery. I'll sign your NDA before we discuss anything sensitive.
I'm not sure my process can be automated.
Describe the process and roughly how many hours a week it takes, and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating. Sometimes the answer is no, and I'd rather say so than sell you a build you'll abandon.
Who pays for the API and model usage?
You do, on your own API keys, so you keep control of the account. I'll give you a realistic monthly running-cost estimate before we start.
Can you connect to my existing systems?
Almost certainly. This team comes from eight years of enterprise eCommerce integration work — ERPs, legacy APIs and messy databases are the normal case, not the exception.
