One bug means one clearly defined issue affecting a specific feature or area. For example: “Product images overlap the Add to Cart button on mobile.” A general request such as “fix everything wrong with my store” is not considered one bug.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. I prefer Shopify collaborator access with only the permissions required for the work.
Can you fix mobile-only problems?
