FAQ
What counts as one bug?
One bug means one clearly defined issue affecting a specific feature or area. For example: “Product images overlap the Add to Cart button on mobile.” A general request such as “fix everything wrong with my store” is not considered one bug.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. I prefer Shopify collaborator access with only the permissions required for the work.
Can you fix mobile-only problems?
Yes. I can fix responsive design issues including spacing, alignment, overflow, fonts, buttons, images and layout problems on mobile devices.
Can you fix Shopify Liquid errors?
Yes. I can troubleshoot Liquid syntax errors, broken conditions, snippets, sections, blocks and existing custom theme code.
Can you work with the Dawn theme?
Yes. I can work with Dawn and most Shopify 2.0 themes.
Can you fix problems caused by Shopify apps?
I can troubleshoot frontend problems caused by app code, CSS, JavaScript or theme integration. Problems inside the app's own backend may require assistance from the app developer.
