I have worked as a Legal Assistant to a Senior Advocate, providing legal assistance across a diverse range of matters involving GST, PMLA, contracts, and civil and criminal litigation. My responsibilities included conducting detailed legal research, analysing statutes and case laws, assisting in the drafting of pleadings, written submissions, applications, legal opinions, contracts, and agreements, as well as reviewing and analysing legal documents and case records. I also assisted in preparing cases for court proceedings, developing legal strategies, compiling briefs, and handling various litigation and paralegal tasks, thereby gaining practical exposure to both contentious and non-contentious legal matters.
