Bug fixes are handled within sprints at no additional cost. Critical issues are resolved free of charge after sprint approval. Non-critical issues are addressed in scheduled sprints or hourly. Ongoing support includes regular checks and updates within a monthly hour limit.

We internally conduct product quality control and validation against designs and requirements. At the end of each sprint, we create a demo report showing completed increments and deliverables. After that, we ask the client, who is also the Product Owner, to perform an acceptance review.
