FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
A sketch, photo, reference image, or written description of what you need. Even a rough napkin drawing works — I'll confirm dimensions and tolerances with you before starting. The more detail you share upfront, the fewer revision rounds needed.
What files will I receive?
For 3D printing: STL + source file (SLDPRT/F3D). For CNC/manufacturing: dimensioned 2D drawings (PDF/DWG) + STEP file. For presentation or Amazon listing: high-resolution renders (JPEG/PNG). Source files are included in Standard and Premium packages.
Do you provide manufacturing-ready files?
Yes. All files are delivered to industry standards — GFC/GFM compliant drawings with tolerances, material callouts, and finish specifications. STEP files are included as the universal 3D format accepted by all major manufacturers and CNC suppliers
Do you provide render images for Amazon listings or crowdfunding?
Yes — photorealistic renders using KeyShot are included in Standard and Premium packages. These are suitable for Amazon A+ content, Kickstarter pages, and product marketing without needing a physical photoshoot.
Can you design PCB enclosures or organic/freeform shapes?
Yes — both are covered. PCB enclosures are designed with mounting boss locations, snap fits, and ventilation as needed. Organic surface modelling is done in Blender or SolidWorks surfacing tools depending on complexity. Message me with a reference image to confirm scope.
Can you build the physical product too?
Yes — I offer 3D printing, prototyping, and mass manufacturing as a separate gig. I can ship directly to you or to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers, including custom packaging. Message me to discuss quantities and timelines.
