I ran operations for a test-prep centre: a team of assistants, class allocation, student progress tracking, and first-line support before anything reached the teachers.
Each week I handle:
- Student inbox: I answer the questions that do not need you, and bring you only the ones that do
- Session logistics calendar invites, reminders, links, recordings posted
- Attendance and progress tracking, with the names who are quietly falling behind flagged early
- Materials workbooks, homework and replays out on time
- A weekly report: who showed, who slipped, what needs your call

Do you answer students as me, or as your own account?
Either, you choose. Under your name I use your tone and your rules, and I keep a log of everything sent. Under my own I am introduced as your program assistant, which many coaches prefer because students learn who to ask.
Will you coach my students?
No. I handle logistics, admin and anything already answered in your materials. Anything about their actual progress, their results or your method goes to you. I am the filter, not a second coach.
