FAQ
Can I get a free sample?
Absolutely! Just send me a message with your audio and I’ll provide a free sample fix so you can hear the quality before ordering.
Is there anything you can’t fix?
Sometimes audio is beyond repair. If that’s the case, I’ll let you know upfront, so there’s no guesswork or wasted money. That’s why I recommend messaging me first so we can evaluate your audio before you place an order.
How much background noise can you remove?
It depends on the quality and format of your recording. Clean, high-quality audio can often be made crystal-clear. Lower-quality recordings can still be improved significantly, but there are limits. Either way, I’ll make it sound the best it can be.
Can you handle multiple files?
Yes, I’ll process files based on the total minutes in your package. If you’ve got a lot of separate files, message me first and we’ll find the best way to handle it.
What audio format should I send?
Uncompressed formats like WAV are best as they retain all the audio detail for optimal results. MP3s are fine too, but they’re compressed and some quality is lost. I can work with any format, but WAV is preferred when possible.
