Construction runs on documents, and most of that work is still manual. Daily reports retyped from WhatsApp. RFIs drafted from scratch every time. Safety observations in a spreadsheet nobody reads.
I lead product for a construction-safety platform deployed on large Gulf sites with enterprise contractors. I know what site teams actually use and what they abandon in a week.

Generic automation dies on site: poor connectivity, workers who won't open a new app, scanned PDFs at an angle. I design around that.

We are a small contractor, not an enterprise. Is this still for us?
Small teams usually get more out of it, because there is no back office absorbing the admin. Start with Single Workflow on the process that wastes the most time, and expand only if it earns it.
Our site team is not technical. Will they actually use this?
That is the design constraint I start from. The workflows run through what they already use: WhatsApp, email, photos, existing forms. No new app to learn. If a build needs site staff to change habits, it will fail, and I will say so.
Will this work with Procore, Aconex or our existing system?
If it has an API, yes. If it does not, I work through exports and shared folders instead. Tell me your stack before ordering and I will confirm what is possible rather than promise it blind. I can also sign an NDA and keep data in your own cloud.
