What do you need from me to get started?
Hosting access and a WordPress admin login. For a SaaS app, repo or server access and the stack details too
Do you work on custom SaaS apps, or only WordPress?
Both. WordPress is the majority of the work, but I also clean and harden custom PHP, Node, Python, Javascript and Typescript applications, and the infrastructure they run on
Can you remove the Google red warning and the blacklist?
Yes. After the site is clean I submit the review request through Google Search Console and follow it through until the warning is gone

Because I read your files rather than run a scanner. A plugin scan matches known signatures and misses tailored backdoors, which is why cheap cleanups often get reinfected within weeks.

Will my site break, or lose content, during the cleanup?
I take a full backup before touching anything. Malware is removed surgically rather than by replacing files wholesale, so themes, plugins, content and orders stay intact. If a nulled plugin has to go, I tell you first and suggest a replacement.

Yes. Credentials are used only for the work and are never stored after delivery. I will sign your NDA before you send anything if you need one. Findings are never published or reused.
