Good quality work, but communication and professionalism are weak. Tends to be emotional and rude when receiving feedback, and often talks back to paying clients instead of handling concerns properly. Also skims through details and avoids taking responsibility when issues come up. Needs to improve attitude, tone and basic customer service skills.
