Your In-Game Characters requires rigging and preparation, which are NOT included by default and must be selected as an extra service option, when ordering, if you want them in your thumbnail. This is required one time per new character or outfit.
This is not required if:
- Your thumbnail only contains NPCs.
- You already have a rigged custom character.

What kind of Assets can you add in my Custom Thumbnail?
You can request any in-game assets like UI, Weapons and Acessories. And also External Assets like 3D Objects, Images, etc. Some Weapons in the game requires complex recreation of the VFX's, so it could be necessary a new custom offer with adjusted pricing.
Can i request my Custom In-Game Character?
Yes! Each new character or outfit requires the Rigging Extra. For full-mask characters, choose Body Rig only. For characters without a full mask, choose Body + Face Rig for custom expressions. Some outfits require complex VFX recreation, so custom pricing may apply.
What do I get in the WANDERER Package?
The WANDERER Package is for creators who are looking for simple and impactful custom thumbnails with a single Agent. This is perfect for showcasing a Build, Ranked content, a New Weapon Skin, Dramatic Expressions and much more.
What do I get in the HERO Package?
The HERO Package is for Creators who want more complex, dramatic Scenes with more than one Agent. This is perfect for Co-op content, PvP, Boss Fights, Funny in-game situations and interactions and out of the box compositions in general.
What do i get in the LEGEND Package?
The main difference of the LEGEND Package is that it is designed for A/B Testing. You will get 2 variations of the requested thumbnail to test which one will perform better in your Channel. You will also get the 3D Renders in transparent PNG to use in your future videos or anywhere you like.
What softwares do you use in the process?
I use Blender for the 3D Renders and Photoshop for editing and post processing.
