Do you need a openai profile
Yes, an openai profile is requested as this is where your api keys will be provided. This is not an issue as i can work you through the process. Step by Step
Do I need to provide an API key?
Yes. You'll need an API key from whichever provider we use (OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek etc.). This keeps you in full control of your own usage and billing. I'll guide you through getting one if needed.
Will the AI agent work on my existing website or platform?
Yes. I build for custom websites, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and can also deploy to Telegram or WhatsApp depending on your package.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Your business information, any documents or content you want the agent trained on (FAQs, product info, policies), and access to your website or platform. The more context you give, the better the agent performs.
Can the agent capture leads and store them somewhere?
Yes — Standard and Premium packages include CRM and database integration. Your leads go exactly where you need them.
I'm not technical. Will I be able to manage this after delivery?
Absolutely. I build with usability in mind and provide handover documentation so you can update content and monitor conversations without touching code.
What if I need something that isn't covered in the packages?
Message me before ordering. Most custom requirements are doable — I'd rather scope it right upfront than surprise you mid-project.
