Lead residential interior projects for three homes with budgets of $100–140K: client brief, space planning, SketchUp and Rayon models, material palettes and visualisations. Work hands-on with the practice’s kitchen and furniture workshop, preparing material lists and following production from material order to finished piece. Manage around 10 suppliers and handle negotiations, material orders and shipments. Grew online customers 4x on the same budget through in-house marketing content.
