What's included in a free revision?
A free revision includes changing a few words up to a couple of lines in your script. If I make a mistake, the revision, of course, is free. If you need to rewrite any portion of the script, or require a different tone, pace or pitch, the revision charge will be $15 for 50 words.
What if I want background music for my order?
I work with a Fiverr audio expert for your music. He chooses from the 1000's of royalty-free music tracks for virtually any genre OR he can send you the link and you choose the track you want. If you have a type of sound in mind, please let me know. We'
Do you need Commercial Rights?
If you intend to use the voice over for any business-related purposes (with the exception of paid marketing channels), you will need to purchase the "Commercial Rights" gig extra. For more information see https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
What is "Extra Fast Delivery?"
The "Extra Fast Delivery" is a gig extra that sends your order to the front of the line, ahead of everyone else's. Customers who order the "Fast Delivery" gig extra usually receive their orders in 24 hours or less. This is based on typical results, but not guaranteed.
What does "split files" mean?
If you need your project split up into as many as five different files, you can add that service in the "Upgrades" section.
What's the difference between an mp3 file and WAV file?
An mp3 file is a COMPRESSED audio file, a WAV is an UNCOMPRESSED, HQ audio file, so it is of higher quality and is a larger file size.

What time zone are you in?
The time zone is Mountain Time Zone (U.S.A.-Denver). I am located in Colorado.
Do you offer 'Live Direction'?
Yes, you can connect via Zoom, Skype or Source Connect and direct me while I record your voice over so you can get the exact read you want. You will need to purchase my 'Live Direction' gig extra. After you make your purchase, we will set a time for the live direction.
What are Social Media, Broadcast and National TV Rights?
If your voiceover will be used on ANY paid-for channels, you need to buy the 'Rights': #Social Media Rights - License to use audio in paid-for social media campaigns. #Broadcast Rights - Internet, in-store, radio & regional TV broadcasting
