I have been supporting VoIP system for over 9 years including an outgoing call center with over 200 agents. I work with Asterisk based systems, including FreePBX, Issabel, Elastix, Grandstream, Yeastar, Xcally. I work with both AGI and AMI interfaces. I am 3CX advanced certified for V18.
