I have a circuit design, can you convert it to PCB layout
Yes, I can design the PCB layout for your project from the schematic you have provided.
What files do you need to design the PCB?
If you already have the schematic or circuit diagram ready with you, then you can send it to me to get started. It will be helpful if you have the source file otherwise you can also send me the circuit diagram in PDF or Image format and I can make the schematic to design the PCB.
I have a project idea, can you create the schematic and PCB design for it?
Yes, I can design the schematic and the PCB design from scratch. All I need the functional principal and the intended use of the PCB and I will source the components, design the schematic and the PCB layout for your project.
What specifications do you need to design the PCB?
Please mention the shape of the PCB and the required dimension. Most of the general purpose PCB is either rectangular or round shaped but if it's a custom shaped and there are mounting holes and cutouts mention that as well. And also the components are surface mount (SMT) or through hole (THT) type.
What files you will provide me and what do I do with that?
To manufacture the PCB all you need is the GERBER file, a zip file that you can send to any PCB manufacturer to fabricate the PCB and the schematic to hand solder the components. If you want to assemble it professionally, you will additionally need Bill of materials (BOM) and Centroid file (PNP).
Can you help me sourcing the components and place the PCBA order?
At this critical time of component shortage it is essential to check the whether the used parts are and will be in stock. So I always ensure that during the design phrase.
