How do revisions work?
Each package includes revisions for tweaks (text overlays, trim, minor changes). A full reshoot with a new concept is a new order.
When does the delivery clock start?
When your product is in my hands. I deliver within the package window from that day, and I'll confirm receipt when it arrives.
Do I need to send the product?
Yes — product cost and shipping are on the brand. I only create content with the product physically in hand, so what your customers see is real use.
Can you do rush delivery?
