Your supplier invoices arrive as PDFs, scans and phone photos, in a dozen layouts. Someone retypes them into a spreadsheet. That person is the bottleneck, the cost, and the source of every typo that reaches your ledger.
I build the thing that does it instead.

REMORA2 is my own tool, free and public at remora2.vsn.hr/scan. I tested it against 535,465 rows of public payment data, found four of its six rules near-useless, and deleted them. One is still marked unvalidated rather than quietly shipped.
Others promise "99% accurate". I published my own failure rate.
WHAT I DON'T DO
No manual typing dressed up as automation. If your volume is too low to be worth automating, I say so and you keep your money.

I run VSN, a small software company in Osijek, Croatia. I fix email authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
If your invoices or quotes are landing in spam, nothing bounces and nothing warns you. The first sign is a customer saying they never got it, weeks later. I find what is wrong, repair it, and prove it is fixed from what the receiving servers say about your mail afterwards, not from a checker's opinion.
I never need your DNS or mailbox password. You keep control of your domain. Everything in writing, same-day replies.

FAQ
Will it work on my invoices?
Send me three or four samples before you order and I'll tell you straight. If your layouts are too varied or too poor in quality to automate reliably, I would rather say so now than take the order and disappoint you.
How accurate is it?
I will not quote a number I have not measured on your documents. What I will do is flag anything uncertain rather than guess, so you always know which values to trust. The test batch exists so you can see the real rate on your own invoices.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Source code is included in every package and it is yours to keep, change, or hand to another developer. No licence, no lock-in, and no monthly fee to me.
What is the difference between Test batch and Pipeline?
Test batch proves it works on one supplier layout, so you can judge real output before committing. Pipeline covers several layouts and adds your own checking rules. Send samples and I will tell you which one you actually need.
