I run VSN, a small software company in Osijek, Croatia. I fix email authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
If your invoices or quotes are landing in spam, nothing bounces and nothing warns you. The first sign is a customer saying they never got it, weeks later. I find what is wrong, repair it, and prove it is fixed from what the receiving servers say about your mail afterwards, not from a checker's opinion.
I never need your DNS or mailbox password. You keep control of your domain. Everything in writing, same-day replies.

FAQ
Do you need a login to my system?
No, and please never send me one. A screen recording of the process is enough: Loom, OBS, Teams, even a phone pointed at the screen. If something is unclear I will ask rather than guess.
Is the voice a real person?
It is a licensed AI voice, and I say so openly. That is why revisions are free and instant, and why another language costs nothing extra. If you need a human voice, tell me before ordering and I will quote it.
Which languages can you do?
English, German, Dutch, Croatian, Serbian and Bosnian in a native voice. Others on request. The guide text and narration are translated; screen labels stay as they appear in your system, with the translation beside them.
How fast is delivery, really?
The package says one day. In practice most orders go back the same day, as long as your recording arrives with the order. The clock only starts when I have the recording.
Can you hide our customer names and prices?
Yes. Tell me what must not appear and I will blur it or use placeholder data before anything is delivered.
