What information do you need to calculate the spine size?
I need three simple things: your final page count, your book trim size (like 8.5x8.5 or 8x10 inches), and your paper type (white paper or cream paper).
Can I have title text on the spine?
Amazon KDP only allows text on the spine for books that have 79 pages or more. If your book has fewer than 79 pages, the spine will be a clean, solid color or a seamless continuation of your cover illustration.
What happens if Amazon KDP rejects the cover file?
