In general, yes! I have experience in extracting the mathematical nature of the algorithm in papers from a wide range of fields, as in the end the only difference is one of terminology, whereas mathematics is a universal language. However, send me the paper first so I can fully confirm.

I use core Python and popular libraries like NumPy, SciPy, SymPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and domain-specific tools where needed (e.g., FEniCS, Statsmodels, scikit-learn, etc.).
