Is this a live chat widget for my website?
No. It's a ticket-based agent: your customers fill in a support form, and the AI replies automatically. It is not a chat bubble on your site.
What do I need to give you to get started?
Information about your business and the rules the agent should follow (for example how to answer common questions). Once I have them, I set up and test the agent before delivery.
What happens when the AI can't answer a ticket?
The ticket is sent up to you in the pro dashboard. From there you can review the replies and change how the agent behaves, without any coding.
How is my customers' data handled ?
Tickets contain customer data, so you stay responsible for it. I will explain where it is stored before we start.
Who pays for the AI usage?
AI usage is paid by you directly to the AI provider, through your own API key. I include a small starting credit so you can test the agent. After that, usage is billed to you by the provider.
