Great guy with serious talent. He incorporated every animal I asked for and made changes without hesitation. One thing I found especially helpful is that he likes working from sketches. Even if you think you're terrible at drawing, send him a rough sketch of what you're looking for—it really helped communicate my ideas and made the whole process go smoothly.
