I help small and mid-sized businesses fix broken systems before adding new tools. Most automation projects fail because the process was never mapped out first, so I start with the business problem, then the solution, then the tool. My work follows three stages: a Business Systems Audit to diagnose whats broken, an Implementation Sprint to rebuild and automate it, and a Managed Systems Partnership to keep it running.
