How will I know that you have made calls?
I will write detailed notes on each cold call from the list. So you will get a clear preview of what happened over the call.
What do I need to get started for appointment setting and cold calling?
Your list of leads (excel file), script guidelines, and the intended goal of the calls.
Can you use my software/CRM/dialer to dial?
Right now I prefer to use my own phone/process to cold call. But we can talk about it if you have your own dialer.
What is my success ratio?
We can get more than the provided number or even zero. We can't presume anything in cold calling. I usually set 2-3 appointments out of 100 calls, 10-15 out of 500 cold calls. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED NUMBER...!
How do you count calls? Do you Record Calls?
Each attempt will be counted as a call. Whether it is voicemail, invalid number, or I no answer. So if someone has two cell phone numbers and asked me to call both, it will be counted as two calls. Call recordings are not available as they can go against some privacy policies in cold calling.
