Project: RSS Intrepid 3D Printable Warship Model Focus: Marine 3D Modeling, 3D Printing, STL Preparation, FDM & Resin Worked on the 3D modeling and print preparation of RSS Intrepid, a Singaporean Formidable-class frigate, for a client requiring two different physical display models. The project involved developing two versions of the vessel based on supplied reference images and additional available references. One model was designed at approximately 20 cm in length with a higher level of structural detail, while the second was approximately 5 cm and simplified for practical single-piece printing. Key responsibilities: Interpreted ship reference photographs and available vessel information. Developed the overall hull, superstructure, deck structures, and major ship components. Created a detailed version suitable for display and a simplified version suitable for smaller-scale printing. Separated components of the larger model into practical printable sections. Optimized geometry for both FDM and resin 3D printing. Prepared final models in STL format. Considered part size, geometry, detail visibility, and printability throughout the modeling process. Result: Successfully completed and delivered both versions of the vessel model according to the agreed project requirements.

Project: Maverick H130 N810MH 4K PBR Livery Focus: Blender, PBR Texturing, UV Mapping, Mobile AR, GLB, USDZ Worked on the recreation of the Maverick Helicopters N810MH livery for a licensed H130 helicopter 3D model. The project required accurate reproduction of the supplied reference photographs while producing a clean 4K PBR texture set suitable for mobile augmented-reality applications on iPhone and Android. Key responsibilities: Recreated the helicopter's exterior livery from photographic references. Developed the metallic-silver upper body and charcoal lower body. Reproduced the angled paint boundary. Added the red feather graphics and tail slash. Recreated the Maverick logo and hibiscus graphics. Applied the N810MH registration to both sides of the helicopter. Reviewed and corrected UV layouts where necessary. Baked the livery into 4K PBR textures. Avoided floating decals by integrating the graphics directly into the texture workflow. Preserved transparent windows. Maintained the existing rotor animation. Prepared the model for mobile AR deployment. Exported the required Blender, GLB, and USDZ assets. Produced left and right preview renders. Result: Delivered a complete textured helicopter asset prepared for mobile AR presentation on iPhone and Android.

Project: Marine Electric Powertrain 3D Animation Focus: Marine Engineering Visualization, 3D Animation, Exploded Views, Technical Presentation Developed a premium 3D animation designed to showcase an electric powertrain system for marine applications. The project required more than a conventional boat animation. The objective was to visually explain how the powertrain components are positioned within the vessel and how they work together as an integrated marine system. Key responsibilities: Created the boat environment for the animation. Developed an animated vessel-in-motion sequence. Created a cutaway view revealing the internal powertrain system. Developed an exploded-view presentation of the major components. Positioned individual powertrain components according to their role within the system. Added animated technical callouts to identify components. Designed smooth transitions between the external vessel view and internal technical presentation. Maintained a modern and premium visual presentation suitable for engineering communication. Structured the animation to communicate technical information without overwhelming the viewer. Result: Produced a professional 3D visualization concept capable of communicating the company's marine electric powertrain technology for product presentation, marketing, and technical demonstrations.
