Ex-KPMG Deal Advisory. ACCA and FMVA qualified, 9 years on live transactions: acquisitions, project finance and PPP concessions.
I build models that have to survive scrutiny, because mine are read by lenders, investment committees and diligence teams. Assumptions you can trace, a balance sheet that balances, and a structure an investor recognises on sight.
3-statement models and forecasts. Valuation: DCF, comparables, precedent transactions. LBO and buy-side acquisition models. Project finance and feasibility studies. Investor pitch decks.
