What do you need from me to start?
Send your part geometry as an STL, STEP, or IGES file, or a clear sketch with dimensions. If you don't have a file yet, a reference image or detailed description also works to get started.
What materials can this mold be used with?
Molds are designed for silicone (RTV), urethane resin, and polyurethane casting materials. Let me know your target material so I can adjust wall thickness and shrinkage allowances accordingly.
How many parts can I cast from one mold?
This depends on the material and complexity, but silicone molds typically last 15-25 pours for RTV silicone and up to 50+ for urethane, depending on part geometry and demolding care.
Do you provide 2D drawings along with the 3D file?
