About this Gig
Need to edit a PDF or reuse its content? I convert your file into editable Word (.docx) or structured Markdown (.md), then review the result against the source.
For clear, selectable-text PDFs, packages include text conversion, headings and spacing cleanup, basic table organization where practical, and checks for missing text or obvious conversion errors.
Choose Word for an editable document with practical formatting. Choose Markdown for structured text, lists and simple tables, not fixed page layouts. Each package includes one chosen output format.
Send scans, complex tables, formulas, multi-column layouts or low-resolution files BEFORE ordering. OCR and complex reconstruction require an agreed scope and quote. Unreadable text is flagged, not guessed.
Packages cover the stated number of source PDF pages. Translation, rewriting and exact visual replication are not included. Revisions cover the original file and instructions; added pages or changed requirements are separate work.

FAQ
What files do you need from me?
Please send your PDF file and let me know your preferred output format (Word or Markdown). If you have any specific formatting requirements, please include them as well.
Can you convert scanned PDFs?
Please send a sample before ordering. OCR accuracy depends on scan quality and layout. I will confirm feasibility and quote the work separately. Unreadable text will be flagged rather than guessed.
Can you handle large or complex documents?
Yes. For large documents, image-heavy files, or complex layouts, please contact me before ordering so I can review the requirements.
What output formats do you support?
I can provide editable Word documents, Markdown files, and other text-based formats depending on your needs.
Do you manually check the converted document?
Yes. I review the converted document to improve accuracy, formatting consistency, and readability.
