Which Shopify data can you connect?
Orders, products and inventory are typical. We agree the exact data type, field mapping, sync direction and required actions before ordering. API access and platform permissions must support the requested workflow.
What is included in the Basic package?
One reproducible integration issue with a single agreed root cause, or one new webhook handler. Larger faults, multiple independent bugs or new sync systems require a larger package or custom offer after review.
Can you sync data in both directions?
Yes, Premium covers a scoped two-way connection for one store and one external system, up to two agreed data types and four events. We define source-of-truth and conflict rules before implementation.
What access do you need?
Appropriate Shopify collaborator or custom-app access, target API documentation and a test environment. Do not send store passwords. We arrange limited permissions and secure secret configuration after reviewing the scope.
Are hosting and app subscriptions included?
No. Hosting, Shopify plans, paid apps and usage-based API charges are separate. Public App Store apps, bulk migrations and ongoing maintenance are outside these packages.
What do I receive and what counts as a revision?
You receive source code, agreed test results and setup notes; Premium includes a walkthrough. Revisions cover the original mapping and workflow, rather than additional systems, fields or new features.
