Do you provide the source code?
Yes, I believe you should own what you pay for. The complete source code is included in all of my packages at no extra cost.
Will you upload the app to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store?
App store submission is available as a "Gig Extra" during checkout. Please note that you will need to provide your own Apple Developer and Google Play Console developer accounts.
Do you set up the database and backend?
