How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, on every package, at no extra cost. I'll keep refining until you're happy with the final video.
Do you write the script?
Yes, in Launch Video and Product Story. Send me your key points or a rough draft and I'll shape it into a clear, conversion-focused script for your approval. On Quick Clip, you send the script, or add the script and storyboard extra.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your product link or demo access, plus UI screenshots or a Figma file if you have them. Logo, colors and fonts help me match your brand. I'll guide you on anything missing
Can I get a video longer than 60 seconds?
Yes. Add extra running time on Product Story to reach 90s, or message me with your product and the length you need and I'll send a custom offer.
Can I get the source files?
Source files are included in Product Story. On Quick Clip and Launch Video, you can add them as a gig extra.
Do you offer professional voiceover?
Yes, included in every package, in male or female voices with US, UK or neutral accents. You can also send your own recording if you prefer.
Will my product details stay confidential?
Yes. Your product, roadmap and screens are used only for your project, and I'm happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
Can I use the video for ads or social media too?
Yes. Product Story includes a 15s social cut. On other packages, add the "15s social media cut" extra.
What if I'm not sure which package I need?
Message me your product link before ordering — I'll tell you exactly which package fits and what to expect, no obligation.
